Carter Grange is excited to announce that we just completed our most successful year, handing over 187 individually designed homes for our clients. Since opening our doors in 2010, we have now design-and-built over 1865 homes.

As of July 2024, so many factors are back in balance, and building conditions have improved.

• No longer is skilled labour an issue;
• Pricing for all components has settled.
With Interest rates now stabilising, and most financial experts predicting interest rate cuts in 2025, we can all look forward to better times ahead.

Our design philosophy emphasizes intelligent design (use of space) over size, maximizing natural light, and incorporating features that support the option for multi-generational living.
We are also observing a growing trend towards single-storey homes and a strong consideration for sustainability among our clients.
With a team of over 90 full time employees, we have the people, experience and skill set to handle not just design and build, but to manage such things as town planning (if required on your build), demolition, pools and landscaping.
We currently have 8 show homes available for viewing on Saturday & Sundays between 12 – 5pm, additionally private viewings can be arranged by contacting our sales team.
